While visiting the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum in Israel during March of 2013, Chief Anne Richardson of the Rappahannock Nation formed an alignment between her nation and Israel. Deeply touched and inspired with this new idea of alignment, we started exploring a partnership between Hawaii & Israel. Soon after, we learned this was not a man idea, but a God idea. Having no concept of God’s bigger plan, we realized we were swept into a national move of God on behalf of Israel. A clear affirmation of what God was speaking materialized before our eyes. To our surprise, we discovered ten other US States, forty one American Indian Tribes, and other Indigenous Tribes from Alaska, and Canada had already aligned with Israel prior to us. Not knowing the future of America, God was preparing a warrior remnant to stand united with Israel and the Jewish people.
On May 31, 2014, the Hawaii-Israel Alignment was officially recognized with a written proclamation signed by sixteen members of the Hawaii State Senate to stand in solidarity with the State of Israel. The Hawaii-Israel Alignment was honored and commended for their work & efforts toward the Israel cause.
